Ascentria Care Alliance. What does “Ascentria” mean? We define it as “rising together.” Our faith-based legacy remains the core of our mission, vision, and values. With our Equipped to Thrive holistic care model, we are opening doors to new partnerships that will help us have a greater impact on the lives of our clients and the communities we serve. We’re engaging with the entire faith community, with businesses and nonprofits, to achieve in collaboration much more than we could achieve alone.

The Bread of Life Food Pantry is a ministry of Triumphant Cross Lutheran Church. Our goal is to provide meal support to local Salem residents who are food insecure. The Bread of Life Food Pantry feeds roughly 50 hungry families each week (seasonally) struggling to put food on the ta

Camp Calumet is a Lutheran Camp in W Ossipee, NH. At Calumet, we strive to reach out to people from all walks of life. We seek to gather them together in a safe and secure environment where they can think about their spiritual connection, laugh with each other, grow in friendship, and dig deep into their personal journey.  ELCA World Hunger is uniquely positioned to reach communities in need. From health clinics to microloans, water wells to animal husbandry, community meals to advocacy, gifts to ELCA World Hunger make it possible for the ELCA to respond, supporting sustainable solutions that get at the root causes of hunger and poverty.  

Family Promise NH. Our mission is to end homelessness, one family at a time, because every child deserves a home. Through safe housing and education, Family Promise guides families as they break the cycle, and rise from homelessness to sustainable independence.  Their motto: kindness crosses all barriers.  

Isaiah 58 NH. Provides the opportunity for individuals and families to experience formative change. By addressing basic needs for food, clothing, and shelter, including affordable housing, life skills training, educational and personalized clinical support, Isaiah 58 NH helps its participants reach their potential. Mentors and supports individuals through various assistance programs helping them back on their feet and into adequate affordable housing. We provide food, clothing, furniture, counsel and general assistance to families and individuals in need. 

Lutheran Disaster Response brings God’s hope, healing, and renewal to people whose lives have been disrupted by disasters in the United States and around the world. When the dust settles and the headlines change, we stay to provide ongoing assistance to those in need.
